Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final. You may transfer your tickets to another lucky patron up until 24 hours prior to the performance.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (POP PROJECT KC).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
